Our Assessment Pathway

Our adult autism pathway is designed for depth and accuracy. We use recognised assessment tools alongside detailed clinical interviews, developmental history and careful consideration of how autism intersects with your life, health, and history.

The assessment process includes:

  • Specialist multidisciplinary clinical assessment
  • Detailed developmental history (ADI-R) or equivalent
  • ADOS, a recognised structured observation tool, used where clinically appropriate
  • Autism-specific questionnaires, adapted appropriately for adults
  • Consideration of co-occurring conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, or trauma
  • Exploration of menopause and women's health impact on symptoms, where relevant
  • A comprehensive diagnostic report with personalised recommendations
Combined ADHD + Autism Assessments
Combined ADHD and Autism assessments are available where symptoms overlap. Many adults find this joint pathway helpful because the two conditions frequently co-occur and influence one another. Combined assessment fee: £3,125.
