Use the form below to request a repeat prescription for an existing patient. Our Nurse Prescriber, Helen Latch, processes repeat prescriptions on Mondays and Fridays.

Repeat prescriptions are processed by Helen Latch (NMC: 96I5943E) on Mondays and Fridays. Please submit your request at least 7 working days before you need the prescription — urgent requests may incur additional charges and are not guaranteed.
