Appointment length varies by assessment pathway. Many appointments last between two and five hours, and some pathways involve more than one appointment. We'll give you a clear timeline at your initial call.
Yes. We have a dedicated adult clinic offering ADHD and Autism assessments, medication consultations, occupational therapy, and sensory needs assessments for adults of all ages.

No GP referral is needed. You can contact us directly to arrange an assessment. We welcome self-referrals from parents and adults seeking diagnosis and support.
Our assessments follow relevant NICE guidance and are conducted by experienced, registered clinicians. Reports can be shared with schools, GPs, NHS services and local authorities to inform support planning and, where appropriate, EHCP applications.
We're based at The Stables, Howbery Park, near Wallingford, Oxfordshire. The site has ample free parking and is easily accessible from the A4130.
